Lee Tee Ling is a seasoned HR leader, consultant, and trainer with more than three decades of experience partnering businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, MEA, China, and the Americas on people strategy and transformation. As Principal Consultant of JUSTHR and an associate trainer with NTUC LearningHub and SHRM-powered programmes, he designs and delivers courses on HR analytics, total rewards, strategic workforce planning, and talent management in both English and Mandarin.
Tee Ling has led HR functions at organisations such as CrimsonLogic, ComfortDelGro, ECON Healthcare, CWT and others, where he drove initiatives in performance culture, talent management, career development, employee engagement, and leadership development, including major M&A, restructuring, and HRIS implementations. As a consultant, he advises a wide spectrum of industries on performance management, job redesign, total rewards, HR compliance, and organisation development.
He holds a BBA from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, a Specialist Diploma in Data Science (Business Analytics), and multiple professional certifications including IHRP-SP, SHRM-SCP, Registered Management Consultant, ACTA, and psychometric accreditations such as DISC and WorkPlace Big Five.
