Ramu Kodiappan is an experienced workplace learning and performance improvement consultant with over 20 years of expertise in adult education, job redesign, and organisational development. He specialises in designing and implementing adult learning curricula, integrating technology and digital solutions to drive workforce transformation and process improvements. His work has successfully enhanced organisational capabilities through updated job descriptions, on-the-job training blueprints, and workplace learning innovations.

Ramu has held leadership roles at the Institute for Adult Learning (SUSS-IAL), Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and most notably as Head of the national Job Redesign Centre of Excellence at the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP).
