Weixi Tan is an international trainer, facilitator, and coach known for his thoughtful spontaneity and engaging, participatory learning style. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, he designs and delivers programmes in business analysis, project management, design thinking, team effectiveness, leadership, facilitation skills, and communications.

He previously served as an Operational and Requirements Manager for a leading aerospace multinational, managing Asia-Pacific operations across business development, account management, training development, and financial performance. Spending close to 200 days a year on the road, Weixi delivers customised workshops and organisation development solutions to clients such as KPMG, Shell, Zuellig Pharma, DBS Bank, China Nuclear Power, Singapore Airlines, Ping An, BMW, and Coca-Cola.

Weixi is a Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Business Analysis Professional, Certified Professional Trainer, Specialist Adult Educator, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and Master Trainer in the WorkPlace Big Five Profile. He holds a Masters in Organisational Leadership from Monash University and a bachelor’s in business administration from the National University of Singapore.
