Thomas Yeo is a seasoned workforce and people development consultant with over 20 years of experience in workforce transformation, HR strategic planning, and people development. As Managing Director of CET Global, he leads consultancy teams in designing and implementing job redesign and workforce transformation programmes for both large enterprises and local companies, often leveraging technology-enabled solutions to enhance organisational development and people capability planning.
Internationally, Thomas has served as an Associate Consultant and International Expert with the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, UNESCO, and the International Labour Organisation, delivering manpower and talent planning projects across China, Mongolia, Myanmar, Thailand, Palestine, and Indonesia. Earlier in his career, he headed the WSQ Policy Unit and Quality Assurance team at the Workforce Development Agency (now SkillsFuture Singapore), where he helped professionalise the training and skills development sector.
Academically, Thomas holds an MSc in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, an MBA in General and Strategic Management, and a PGDip in Human Capital Management. He is also a certified HR Analytics Professional, Productivity Professional, and Service Design Thinking Facilitator. Passionate about adult education, he lectures at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and the Singapore Human Resources Institute Academy, while mentoring aspiring adult educators to reach their full potential.
